Junior Bookkeeper

Duties:

The Junior Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing invoices and payments, taking supplier phone calls for clients and performing general admin tasks for the team.

Skill requirements:

No experience is required, but the right candidate will be numerate and literate, willing to learn and able to work well with a team.

Benefits:

Assistant Accountant/Senior Bookkeeper

Duties:

The Assistant Accountant/Senior Bookkeeper is responsible for managing Junior Bookkeepers and is responsible to the Accountant. The role includes bank reconciliations, other control account reconciliations, setting up accounts for new clients and liaising with clients on a regular basis.

Skill requirements:

The right candidate will have bookkeeping experience and preferably an accounting/finance qualification e.g. AAT, will be a good team player with good communication and client-facing skills.

Accountant

Duties:

The Accountant is responsible for a team of Assistant Accountants and Junior Bookkeepers and is responsible to the Director. The role includes client liaison and management of team workload.

Skill requirements:

The right candidate will be preferably a qualified accountant or qualified by experience. Previous management experience is a plus, and the Accountant should also have experience of a number of finance packages e.g. Sage, Quickbooks, MYOB, as well as excellent communication skills and strong ability to manage complex workload.
