News from IMA Enterprises
2 April 08 - IMA partners with leading sales force Achaleon Ltd to expand business solutions portfolio
Initially IMA hired Achaleon to help increase its growth. It was soon clear that the Achaleon ethos and approach was such a good fit that IMA decided to add Achaleon's expertise to its own portfolio of services.
IMA MD Ami Baker had the following to say about choosing Achaleon as a business development partner:
"At the BEN Entrepreneurs Question Time, at which I and other panelists addressed 'the sales cycle', one of the recurring questions was, 'How do you recruit, motivate and retain sales staff?' This is a big question given that strong sales are the key to unlocking business growth. So my answer to the question was: Outsource."
We see clear benefits in outsourcing the sales process: A consultancy has its own brand and personal relationships to protect, and is therefore focused on success. Part-time use of an outsource sales team means you get a far more senior level of experience than you might be able to afford if hiring an employee in an internal sales team. You can trial an outsource service without a long-term commitment, and there are no employment law issues to worry about. All of this adds up to superior results for less money than hiring and training an in-house sales team."
"However, finding the best outsource sales partner is mission-critical - and we believe we have found that in Achaleon."
- An impressive track-record, supported by testimonials
- Highly qualified people: From a wider business perspective, you're working with MBAs
- Strategic focus: they get you thinking of where you want to be in five years time, and then work back from this goal to create an amazingly focussed action plan for the next 90 days of activities that's all about getting there
- The added value of business-coaching-like input
- Immediate start and immediate results
"We think Achaleon is so good, we're now happy to offer their services to our clients under our brand name - something we have never done before - despite having met literally hundreds of other sales and marketing people."
