8 April 2008 - IMA helps Bath Spa University prepare budding entrepreneurs for financial realities

Today IMA Enterprises delivered the first in a series of bookkeeping and finance seminars for aspiring entrepreneurs at Bath Spa University. The day-long sessions are aimed at students and academics who want to commercialise their ideas but need to acquire extra business know-how.

The seminars include practical group exercises, open discussion and Q&A sessions. Topics include 'Setting up - the first steps', 'Day-to-day processes', 'Staying afloat', 'Support Systems' and 'Accountancy in practice - Real-life experiences and scenarios'.
